YMCA programs are tools for building the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. The Hilliker YMCA offers health, fitness and aquatics classes as well as other well-being programs.
Such programs include swimming, aerobics, yoga, programs for seniors and programs for people with disabilities and other health ailments. In addition we offer programs in response to community needs including child care, teen programs, youth sports, family nights, and many more.

Annual YMCA Healthy Kids Day
Bring your family to the YMCA and celebrate healthy, active kids! Fun activities, children's screenings, snacks, and more!
Parent’s Night Out
Would you like to have some free time on a Friday night? Bring your kids to our Parent’s Night Out program! While you enjoy a fun-filled evening your kids will enjoy a night of games, crafts, movies, swimming, storytelling, pizza, snacks, and friends all at the YMCA!
Holiday Shopping for Parents
Do you find yourself overwhelmed with all of the holiday preparations? Let the YMCA help. The YMCA is offering a day for parents to bring their children to enjoy fun activities, swimming, and a lunch while they get their last minute shopping and holiday reparations in order. Pre-registration required.
Event with Santa
Come to the YMCA and enjoy swimming, a snack and pictures with Santa!
Family Fit and Swim
Monthly program for families to exercise together and have fun, be confident, and be healthy Thirty minute circuit fitness classes will accommodate all levels followed by fun games in the pool.
Easter Splash, Play & Brunch
Let your children celebrate the joy of Easter at the Y! The day will start with a fun Easter Parade where kids are encouraged to decorate their bikes or turn their wagons into floats. Next will be fun and games in the pool where there will be a Duck Dive and Easter Egg hunt. A delicious brunch will start at 10:30 a.m. The Easter Bunny will be available for photos whenever you are ready during the morning events. Door prizes will be awarded. March 31 - 9:30 a.m.
Aquatics
Our aquatics class offerings range from 6 months of age, all the way up to adults. Swimmers are divided into ability groups and trained instructors emphasize personal safety, swimming skills, endurance and social skills while guiding students with praise and encouragement.

Healthy lifestyles are achieved through nurturing mind, body and spirit, therefore our fitness programs offer much more than just working out. We offer a wide variety of classes to address these needs.

GROUP INTERESTS
At the Y, we offer a sense of community, fellowship and support that enriches people's lives. Our seniors take senior trips and plan activities such as chili cook-offs, while our youth have dances and other activities. For all age groups we focus on enhancing spiritual knowledge as well through activities such as bible studies and other programming opportunities.
Other services
We provide resources our community needs so that we can address issues such as child welfare, education, and quality of life.
