Adult Fitness Classes: (Free to Members)
Note: All adult fitness classes are drop-in style to help you add variety and convenience to your work out. Instructors demonstrate both high and low impact variations throughout class to help accommodate all fitness levels.


Body Blast:
This 45-minute combination class consists of intervals of cardio on the floor or step, with shorter strength segments. Follow the leader and challenge yourself to push your potential.

Buttz N’ Gutz:
Tone that tush and tweak those abs. with this 15 minute class geared to the areas most mentioned as “trouble” spots. Tuesday are for the abdominals and Thursday for the rear view, BUTT don’t worry you will get some work in both areas in each class.

Cardio Box Total Body:
Enjoy a high-energy mixture of cardio-kickboxing and total body conditioning in the one-hour maximum calorie burning class. For beginner to advanced exercisers.

Cardio Dance Party:
An addictive mix of the latest dance styles and the hottest new sounds put the emphasis on having fun as much as breaking a sweat. Don’t worry you will be sweating before you know it. Learn to move with attitude and feel the music pulse through your entire body.

Core Slide:
Through the creative use of our sliding mats you will target your entire lower body and abdominals while recruiting the back and upper body for core stabilization in a way you never imagined. This low-impact, high-intensity class is ideal for those seeking a challenging and unique workout. Great cross training for the sport enthusiast to improve muscular symmetry and power.

Fitness Fusion:
A Step class fused with all of your other favorite fitness formats: Hi/low, interval, strength training, and Pilates. All choreography done with and on the step can be done on the floor, making this a great class for all fitness levels. Drop the kids off at school and come on in!!

Go BALL-istic!!:
It’s time to have a ball…literally!!! For 30-minutes bounce and bend with balls of all weights and sizes while increasing overall body strength and endurance. Abdominal and lower back exercises improve functional movement, balance and coordination. Utilizing the ball as resistance improves the tone and strength of arms and legs. No true cardio involved – great for all ages and fitness levels.

Groove (Ladies Only please):
This low intensity workout is aimed at burning those abs, thighs, hips and buttocks. Let the music bring out your inner seductress with the flirtatious moves and playful poses. Get your girlfriends together & get your GROOVE on!!

Hi  NRG:
Pump up your energy with action- packed cardio- kickboxing, step combos, intervals, and pyramids. You will be flying high when you get your muscles and heart rate pumping to the beats. This class is not for the faint at heart.

Roller Release:
Do your muscles ache even after stretching? Learn the self myo-fascial release techniques needed to free bonds between fascia and muscles and bones, with the goal of eliminating pain, increasing range of motion and balancing the body. This class will aid runners and lifters, as well as seniors and teens. No extra fee is charged but participants must sign-in at the door and first come – first served rule applies.

Sunrise Salute:
Let the sun inspire you to free up the rest of your day by sweating out a total-body workout all before most people have a cup of coffee. Work up an appetite for breakfast while utilizing single and double steps, resistance equipment, mats, balls, and your own body weight. Class is structured to meet the needs of all levels of fitness, beginners to experienced exercisers.

Ultimate BLT:
How many times have you said that you really need to tighten up your lower body? Here is the ultimate no choreography lower body workout!! Feel the burn as you step, climb, squat, lunge, lift, and walk off your Butts, Legs, and Thighs. Each class will start on the walking track for 10 minutes then move to the Aerobics Studio.

Upper Cut:
Finally a class not all about cardio and legs!! This class is designed to chisel your arms, chest, back, and shoulders, as well as your abs. Change up your normal routine while improving your posture. Upper Cut is the perfect compliment to Ultimate BLT, for a balanced body workout.

Specialty Classes:


Fit Camp:
Get energized and enjoy all the benefits of a personal trainer in a group setting with this challenging, motivating and fun program.

Group Cycling:
Available to Members only. Sprint, climb and train to motivational music with an experienced instructor. Class limited to 7 bikers

Healthy Cooking Meal Planning:
Learn what you need to know to cut the fat and calories from your favorite meals and still make them taste good. We will be preparing and taste testing a new delicious easy to make dish each week.

Tai Chi:
A "soft" form of martial arts that is suitable for anyone at any age. It is low-impact and great for joint mobility, balance, and posture.

Thai Kickboxing:
A heart-pounding workout set in 3-minute rounds; it utilizes kicking, punching, and other defensive maneuvers as well as increasing cardio vascular endurance.

Pilates:

  Basic Group Pilates:
Learn the fundamental positions all while strengthening your abdominal and back muscles. Flexibility and proper positioning will be emphasized.

Advanced Group Pilates:
This class is for the exerciser who has gone through Basic Pilates and is ready to push themselves further.


Yoga:


  Hatha Mixed Levels Yoga:
This style is particularly suited to athletic types. It is a vigorous and challenging style of yoga that links postures and breath to build heat, flexibility, strength, and mental focus.

Yoga for Wellness:
This is a holistic class designed for personal reintegration of body, breath, and mind. This is for those who want a slower paced practice.

Personal Training:


  Personal Training:
This program begins with a fitness assessment, after which choose from our list of personal trainers and schedule you one-on-one session. Sessions are scheduled at your convenience and are designed to fit your needs and expectations.

Pilates Personal Training:
*each session runs 30 minutes followed by several minutes of stretching and muscle release.
~Semi-private sessions are also available for both Mat and Reformer training.~
  1. Private exercise session utilizing a Pilates Reformer table and all its components while using one's own body weight as resistance. Training is customized to individual needs and includes extensive benefits in flexibility, joint mobility, core strength, balance and posture.
     
  2. Private Mat Pilates sessions focus on integrating the entire body without use of weights. Using only body weight and gravity, the training will tone, strengthen and lengthen the whole body all while stabilizing the “powerhouse” or core muscle groups.
Weight Training 101:
In this informative course you will learn all there is to know about weight training exercises, proper form and technique, progressing properly in your routines, and anatomy of the body.

Winter Walking Program:
This program is designed for non-members and gives the option to use our indoor walking track during the cold months when walking outside is not an option.
