Senior Fitness Programs

Red Hat Society (The Chatty Hatties):

Over 50 and fabulous! The Red Hat Society was started by a woman who believed that you shouldn't stop having fun and acting young because you reach a certain age. Our "Y's Chatty Hatties" are a group of 50 plus women having fun and enjoying each others company by getting together for food and fun.

Silver Sneakers Class

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Sit Fit

Come and join this fun filled class designed for individuals who want to improve cardiovascular, strength, flexibility and balance without the challenges of a conventional fitness class. Free to Members.
