Adult Aquatics Programs

Swim Lessons

 

Semi-Private Swim Lessons:

Youth or adults wishing to improve their swimming skills. 30-minute private sessions with a certified instructor.

 

Other Adult Aquatics

 

Adult Water Aerobics:

A package to fit any schedule and skill level. Shallow and Deep Water classes offered as well as Medium and High Intensity. Water Aerobics Classes are free to our members.

Water Works:

Low Intensity. Because water works when you have arthritis! Instructors are Arthritis Foundation Certified

H2O for Fitness:

Low to Medium Intensity. Beginner level class that gets you on your way to a fitter you!

The Stress Buster:

Medium intensity. The evening water fit class that helps you leave all the days worries at the side of the pool.

Movers & Shakers

Gets you movin' so you don't shake where you don't want to. Shallow Water, Medium to High Intensity

Sizzlin' Circuit:

MAximum calorie burn, circuit style! Deep water, Meduim intensity.

Water Boot Camp:

High Intensity. The intense water workout you've been looking for! The name says it all!

Cardio Blast:

High Intensity. Get your weekend started off right!

Lifeguard Certification Course:

Upon completion, each Lifeguard Candidate will receive the following certifications: Lifeguard/First Aid, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.

*These certifications are required for employment as a lifeguard.

*Must be 15 yrs. old to take training
