Adult Fitness Classes
All adult fitness classes are drop-in style to help you add variety and convenience to your work out. Instructors demonstrate both high and low impact variations throughout class to help accommodate all fitness levels.
BLT / Uppercut
Butt, lets and thighs targets lower body with cardio and strength work in 30 minutes.
Body Blast
This 45-minute combination class consists of intervals of cardio on the floor or step, with shorter strength segments. Follow the leader and challenge yourself to push your potential.
Cardio Dance
Energizing and fun workout that uses a mix of the latest dance styles and the hottest new sounds.
Cardio Strength & Tone
Bursts of cardio to burn calories combined with strenght and toning exercises to build muscle and add definition.
Cross Training
Sporrt drills and exercises for maximum results. Be ready to push yourself!
Fitness Express
Fun basic cardio work, strength training and abdominal exercises all in a quick 35 minute workout.
Fitness Fusion
A Step class fused with all of your other favorite fitness formats: Hi/low, interval, strength training, and Pilates. All choreography done with and on the step can be done on the floor, making this a great class for all fitness levels. Drop the kids off at school and come on in!
Get Fit
Cardio, core, and more to help increase and improve your fitness level. Think of it as personal training in a group setting.
Indoor Cycle
Races, speed drills, intervals, Tabata intervals, inverted intervals, mountains to climb, jumps, fast flats, and steady rides are all part of the fun. Each instructor brings their own style to indoor cycling and that's where the fun and challenge allows participants to burn lots of calories while increasing their fitness level.
Cycle Blast
75 minute high energy dynamic maximum fat burning workout combines Body Blast and Indoor Cycling with weights, bars, balls and tubes.
Interval Intervention
Total body workout using effective circuit and interval training
Kettlebell Core Crazy
Try one of the hottest new workouts to tone your muscles.
Family Fit and Swim
Work out with your entire family in a 30-minute circuit class in the Group Fitness studio followed by 30 minutes of fun exercises in the pool.
Yoga for Tots
Bring your baby or toddler to join you in a fun yoga class
Sit-Fit
Active adults can sit or stand in a workout to enhance cardio strength, balance, and coordination.
Senior Bootcamp
Lo-impact cardio moves combined with circuit training to keep you lean and mean!
Y Dance
Learn line-dancing, ballroom, Texas two-step and more!
Wee Walkers
Fun way to get in shape with your toddler in a stroller! Class meets offsite weather permitting or at the Hilliker Y gym for inclement weather.
Specialty Classes - Fee Based
Basic Pilates
Pilates techniques combined with gentle moves to increase flexibility and core strength.
Pilates Power
Challenging Pilates workout provides total body awareness, balance, posture, core strength, and optimal breathing.
Peak Challenge
Intense athletic training takes you out of your comfort zone and pushes you to a higher training level. Class takes place indoors / outdoors and often meets at parks and offsite locations. Participants should be able to run a 5K before doing this class.
Men's Peak Challenge
Same format as Peak Challenge but designed just for men.
Sunrise Yoga
A great way to start the day! Wake your mind, body, and spirit. Learn the basic Yoga postures, principles, tradition, breath, strength and alignment.

Exclusive "spicy" yoga class designed to help members unwrap from the stress of the holidays.
